Doorbell phone issues

I have a Grandstream GDS3710 doorbell phone with video and keypad. issue is that every now and then randomly it will lose the programming for the doorbell button. all other functions work fine but when someone presses the doorbell it doesn't know what extension to dial. I reprogram it and save. it works fine for a while and does it again. I have a few of these, all do the same. Any ideas? Anyone have another doorbell brand/model you know works well? needs to have a keypad to dial different extensions.

Best to contact Grandstream support and troubleshoot it while the problem manifests.

Especially if you have a few of these that have the exact same issue, might be worth investigating with them if you haven't already.
