Doorbird wih video

Hi,

Does anyone have a working setup with Doorbird with video? I can get the audio just fine, but no video. We use the 3cx clients (iOS, browser plugin). I followed the guide as provided by Doorbird, which states:

Note on video functionality: 3CX does not itself handle video, but instead sets up a direct video connection between the devices used. Please make sure the IP Telephone you plan to use with your DoorBird IP Video Door Station is set up for video and uses the H264 video codec, in order for video to be transmitted from the DoorBird IP Video Door Station to your IP Telephone.

In one thread in this forum I found that the iOS app does not support h264; can anyone confirm this?

Correct iOS app only supports vp8 , webclient supports h264
