Downgrade 3CX

After latest update from 20.7 to 20.9 one of our sip trunks stopped working. Regretably I do not have a backup of 3cx vm. Is there a way to dowgrade from 20.9 to 20.7 or to reintall using 20.7 image?

The public installer will be u8. Do you have a 3CX backup of u7 that you can restore during installation?

Get Started with Update 9 Alpha​

To try out these new features, upgrade to V20 Update 9 Alpha.

1. Log in to the Admin Console
2. Navigate to System > Updates
3. Select Update 9 Alpha and click Download
