When You go to: https://portal.3cx.com/customer/downloads

and select v18 it is a link to the web manual that says go to https://portal.3cx.com/customer/downloads and download it. Your 2 links are pointing to each other and no download is available. After upgrading the server to v18, I still see under Windows it downloads v 16 client.

If you log into the web client as an extension, the upper left corner of the web page should show a Windows logo that pops up a message with a button to download/install and a button to provision for that extension (which downloads another file to open in the app). That goes away once the new app is installed.

The v16 was MSI installer so we could push via GPO and have users login, is that not the case anymore?

I found when I logged in as SteveITS suggest as the user and not as the admin, the web client portal had a msi installer. So the installer is just missing from all the owner portals and you can only find it as a logged in user.

The new one installs into %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Programs\3CXDesktopApp, for better or worse, so standard users can just install it. Perhaps it can just be put into a login script? Not sure if there is a .MSI file somewhere.
