is it possible to download the image of a user's ext?

Does it upload to a directory anywhere that can be recovered?

Yes, you can find the user images in the following directories:

C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Http\wwwroot\user_images\
/var/lib/3cxpbx/Data/Http/wwwroot/user_images/

Do bear in mind that the filenames change.

I've since sent the welcome email to me and downloaded the image via Web Client.
