Unsupported DP752 provision registration

Hi guys.

Need to provision a Grandstream DECT DP722 through a DP752 base station on 3CX v18 update3. (local network)
I know they are not compatible IP phons by 3CX but client already bought them.
The base shows on phone's tab but can not do anything else.
Tried to insert sip server ip and other info on base but still not working.
Trying Grandstream support but nothing too (until now).
Tried custom templates but did not work neither.

Any tip would be great.

It worked with manual credentials and some other sets...
