Unsupported DSS Line Key URL

Hi,
On the Yealink Phones I Have a Option to a add a URL as part of the DSS Line Key,
I Wonder if there's an option to do it via the 3CX Provisioning Portal?

I'm afraid not, this option is not available.

You can only assign Speed Dials / BLF / Shared Parking.

if we set it up on the Phone Directly How will interfere when reprovisioning the Phone?
Will it be deleted or Untouched?

Hi, On some versions of firmware, there is a setting in the yealink web interface to prevent local configuration changes being over-written by the provisioning system which has worked for me. Apparently the config element is *auto_provision.custom.protect = 1* - but a google suggests that this may not necessarily work.

Hi Manny,

There are no plans for this as far as I'm aware.

While you do have the ability to write custom templates if you wish (with any caveats this may bring), they can only be applied to normal phones. Hot Desking devices cannot have a custom template.
