I have a client who runs a financial consulting business. His clients call and ask for advice. If they need to transfer funds or call the bank while in the phone call, my customer cannot conference in the bank because the bank will ask for PINs from the customer (automated). The customer is reluctant to give PINs to my customer and so my customer has to call them back on his personal cell phone and conference in the bank that way. Conference calls work just fine using his Verizon phone but not with 3cx (SNOM D785) desktop phones. Why is this and why cant it be implemented?
