I have installed in my laptop the 3CXPhone ver. 5.0.14900.0 and I need to check the feature called "authorization code" in my PBX System, this authorization code is required from the PBX to the 3CXPhone user during the call establishment, the PBX sends and 183 Session progress SIP Message, asking for the authorizatio code to the user, this must be send by DTMF, but the 3CXPhone doesn`t send the DTMF.
I alrerady checked the DTMF AFTER answer and works properly, but i need that the 3CXphone sends the DTMF signals BEFORE answer.
any help, it will be welcome.
