DTMF problems with a mobile client (SIP INFO)

There is a intercom connected to the PBX as an extension number.
If you use the client for ios and sip info, the door opens.
It is not possible to open the door on different Android phones using the latest versions of the mobile client.
From desktop phones everything works.
What's wrong?

You could try to check, in the Management Console, and see if the Android extension is configured with SIP-INFO DTMF type (see the Phone Provisioning tab). If not (I'm assuming is the default RFC2833) then configure it, save it, then reprovision the Android client and see if it works.

Unlike the Android client, the iOS client still allows you to manually configure the DTMF type - Android not, it uses what's coming via provisioning. Next version of iOS client will be the same as Android.

The problem is that the DTMF type is specified by SIP INFO (Phone Provisioning tab).
But the intercom does not respond if used Android client. Tried all types DTMF.
I think the problem with the implementation of SIP INFO in the Android client.

Hi guys, happy to find that other people is dealing with this issue.
In my tests I realized that Android's SIP Info is not working too, not only when using intercom feature, but on any call.
I'd started a thread about this subject, that can be found here.
If you guys have any news on the matter, please, inform me too!
