Under Review Duplicate DTMF on Huawei P30

Hi guys

got a user on this mobile - phone registers and works but when using DTMF, cant log in to VM as its sending digits twice.

any way to fix this?

works fine if i use my iphone.

Do the digits come in twice in other scenarios also?
Example
- Call extension, leave a voicemail and tap # then 0 to save
- Call extension and transfer it to another extension via dtmf
- Schedule an conference for tomorrow [Take note of the pin], call 700 and type in the Conference pin of the already created conference
