Duplicate Phone Numbers

Hi Guys

In Zendesk we have multiple contacts with the same phone number so are ending up with lots of contacts for the same number. We would like to only put one contact into the 3CX address book and instead of a name of the first result returned, use the company name so next time a caller comes through, it does not create multiple contacts and only displays the company name.

We would also like to put the full phone number into the mobile number field, at the moment it seems to use the full UK phone number for the business phone (for example 01222 555555) but for the mobile it excludes the area code and enters 555555. The reason we do this is because the Yealink phones connected to 3CX look at the mobile field for caller ID lookup I believe.

Is this possible and has anyone got any experience in achieving this please?

You might need a customized integration to do these things, as the template isn't meant to distinguish between contacts beside a phone number.

As for the number format, you need to enable Match Exactly or set Match X digits to more than 6.
