Dynamic IP v14

In the past I have never had a problem using DynDNS for my "static ip" in 3CX. The new version has apparently disabled this functionality. Is there a workaround? I understand the benefits of a real static IP, but at this time would rather stick to what I have done in the past.

Any help would be appreciated.

in a similar position and have messed around with it and so far no remote extension will work.
does anyone know if Rdns plays a part in why this is failing
