Dynamic Public IP Address

I look through the data base for issues related Dynamic IP Addresses and found that there were problems but some people thought it work work.

I Have installed 14 and it will not allow be to put in a host.domain for the the Public IP Address it seems to want a had coded IP address which would have to change every time the dynamic IP address changed

I would like some advice on how to handle this, Time Warner requires a business service for fixed IP address and the cost difference is very significant.

Or go with version 12.5 in the mean time. I've been using that with a DDNS service, and a dynamic IP, with no issues for over two months now. (upgraded from version 11).
