[EC100007] and auto log out MyPhone overnight.

Hi, I am looking at the acticity log and I see this line (no user activity at that time):

"04:10:43.286 [EC100007]: External application [xxxxx:0/CFGManager] is disconnected:"

Also, I am logged out of MyPhone during the night, but cannot see any log to this effect.

I am running 3CX on IIS.

a) What does [EC100007] mean?
b) Why would it be a log out from MyPhone?

Any ideas? Thanks.

In order to clear web server cache is restarting over night. MyPhone should re-login automatically after IIS starts if it has "remember me" option active.

Well, MyPhone logged out overnight, and did not log in automatically; the log-in fields were marked. Any way I can configure so MyPhone is ready to go each morning?

Hi,

Just check "remember me" on the login page of MyPhone. Use Out of Browser MyPhone.
You can make a test by restarting your web browser.
