Echo on inbound call to Galaxy A21

Here is what we have discovered:

• Inbound 3cx client calls to that phone have an echo
• Outbound 3cx client calls from that phone are normal.
• Switching to wifi on that phone has no effect.
• Phone had a case. Taking case off has no effect.

Other clients on the same instance do not exhibit the same behavior.

Is there an echo troubleshooting guide?

Could you kindly try changing the Audio subsystem api?

Android App Settings (top left hamburger menu) > Settings > Advanced > Audio Options > Audio subsystem API > Select option Automatic (Android OS decides between AAudio and OpenSL)
