We operate a hotel and we switched our elevator emergency phone lines from landlines to a cellular provider that has devices with battery backups in them so our elevator phones use cellular lines rather than landlines. Currently if a call is made from the elevator to the Front Desk (which is where we have the emergency call going to) the 3CX desk phones at the front desk just say "Wireless Caller" and it shows the 10 digit cellular number of the elevator phone. Is there anywhere in the 3CX system where we can get the caller ID in the 3CX system to show something like "West Elevator" instead of "Wireless Caller"?

If you create a company level contact for that number it should show the contact name.

If you add an entry in the company phonebook with the cellular number, the name assigned in the phonebook will override the received caller ID name when displayed on the phone.
