We can add/edit local directory/phonebook on each phone (from the phone) and that adds contacts to a directory that can't be seen on the other phones. We can edit the 3CX central phonebook contact list from the web which gives us a central directory/phonebook. We would like to be able to add/edit the central phonebook from the phone itself. Is that possible?
We have the "Can manage the company phonebook" checked in the user rights and in the phone rights, so my guess is that it is not a permission issue. Is there some phone template we have to edit to add the "add" button when in the global phonebook? We have Yealink T46S phones and are on V16 with the latest version installed. We run on-site on a mini-pc running linux.
