hello ,

when we edit a calendar item ( from busy to available) the link won't synced.

How to solve ?

What do you mean by link? If you're referring to the Extensions profile status though it should sync when you make the change.

Can you please elaborate further and explain the exact scenario or provide an example of what happens?

Hello ,

Indeed i mean the Extensions profile status . It won't sync after make a change.

1 Create calendar item in Outlook with status Busy
2 Then i see the extension status go to 'do not disturb'
3 I change the status of the outlook calendar item to available
4 The extension status keep on ' do not disturb'

Just to make absolutely sure, you are talking about Microsoft 365 Integration correct?

hello ,

yes this is what i mean

And you're saying that, while a calendar event is ongoing changing the Calendar status doesn't change the Profile status live? Have you tried switching to "Out of Office/Away" to see if it the Profile status switched to away? The reason I'm asking is because 365 Calendar sync only syncs profile status as follows:

As you can see, there is no status for Available. The only way to go back to available is to wait for the Calendar event to end. That said, if you want it to end sooner than the initially set time, you will have to edit it's end time and set it to something like 1 minute ahead of the current time.

For instance, if you initially created a calendar event for 17:00 - 17:30 and at 17:12 you decide you want to end it and have extensions switch back to available, you will have to edit the calendar event in O365 and set it to end at 17:13 (or 17:14, etc). A minute later, when the event ends, all extensions should switch back to available.

hello ,

So when someone's put's a item in his calender and put it directly to available , 3cx don't recognize the status and leave the Extension status to available.

when someone put a item in Busy , the extension status is do not disturb . . . but when he put this item to available 3cx won't recognize it and leave the status on 'do not disturb'.

problem is , we have implemented 3cx to our organization and lot of colleagues alreay fill the calendar for xx months , so if they change a status it wont works . . . only delete and recreated.

hard to sell for me , it is for 3cx only one extra status to get it ok.

the colleagues use the status available to put some me time in the calendar

I think you may have not understood my previous reply. As mentioned, in 365 calendar events there IS NO status that will force the extension to go back to Available. The only way the extension goes back to available after a 365 calendar event is for the event to end. That is why I recommended that you simply change the event's end time .

This is by design and there is currently no way to change this behavior.
