elastix 1.6.2-37 and sip_additional.conf errors

Hi;
I do not know why the sip_addidional.conf generated by Freepbx in elastic contains errors.
All extensions created using web gui have callerid faile broken.:
callerid=device <XXX>, where XXX is the device number.

when put in asterisk console "sip show peer 932", Callerid looks like this:

Callerid : "device" <1001>

This extension have right Name in the web gui.

When I delete it and recreate using web gui -elastix or freepbx finally I get the same result, but if I use "bulk extension" to add the new extensions I have the right user name in the caller ID file.
e.g:
Callerid : "SCom Test 1001" <1001>

Is this some bug in the frePBX?
How to fix it?

Not sure, but the right value is stored and retrieved from astdb
For example, execute:
asterisk -rx "database show" | grep 1001
