Elastix + Asterisk 1.6 installing usb modem.. help

Hi i want to install:

A usb modem card for incoming call, the model is:

But i really dunno how to install it.

I have installed asterisk in Hyper-v virtual machine, modem usb card is installed on the server (sbs 2011).

My version of asterisk is: 1.6.2.13, and i'm running Elastix 2.0.3, everything updated with yum update.

Also i have installed Dahdi following this guide:

and then again yum update

Can someone tell me a little guide that can let me do it?
