We needed to migrate a server, and moved everything MYSQL,/var/www, and other files.
The new server is the same name as the old one.
At this point elastix works perfectly on all aspect except for the call center module.
elastixdialer daemon works ok.

When trying to login we get this:
"No se puede iniciar sesión de agente - (internal) getagentstatus: 404 - Invalid agent number"

These are the versions shown:

Thank for any help!
Hector.

I think in two possibillities:
1) You don't have your agents on /etc/asterisk/agents.conf, or that file is not owned by asterisk
2) You don't have your agents on the call_center DB

Fixed (1st option was the cause) Thanks a lot.

now I upgraded to 2.2 stable version.

And a new problem arise.

Trying to use callback login option.

The message says:
"No se ha iniciado proceso de sesión de agente"

Created callback extension 57200.
Created a new queue with dynamic member extesion 57200 as "S57200,0"
Created a new campaign pointing to that queue.

Missing something?
Thanks
