Elastix monitoring issue

I have problem with monitoring function in my elastix system.
I have configured some extensions to record incoming and outgoing calls. This extensions act as a queue members. When some call is directed from queue to the extension, system creates empty recording file even if the call has not been picked up by the extension. We have the same situation when somebody call extension - I have empty file which has been created before call has been picked up, and the second one with the conversation inside. Queue has been configured without recording function enabled.
It's look like a bug (elastix 2.4.0v2) - I do not remember such a behavior in the previously used elastix version.

Can you try on a test machine with an updated version:
yum update asterisk asterisk-* dahdi dahdi-* libpri libopenr2 elastix elastix-*

Hi I have added one condition to filter function in "paloSantoMonitoring.class.php":

$where = " AND $filter_field like ? AND userfield LIKE 'audio:%' AND disposition='ANSWERED'";

This protects unanswered calls to being displayed in the monitoring list, but does not clean the mess made by empty files.
We can use additional script to remove files and description in the database, but I think that it should be corrected in the dialplan (I don't know if it is possible at all)


jgutierrez: how this issue it corrected in the updated version of Elastix - on the web interface only or in the dialplan?
