Embedd Dialer in Desktop Client

I'm upgrading our customers to V18, wich works like a charm by the way.

The new Desktop client ist ok, besides two things:
The three dots on the side with contacts, mailbox and settings are unnesserary, there is enough space for the symbols. Is there an option to merge those in the sidebar?

The bigger Issue is the dialer. It's great in the new webclient, the dialer is embedded and hides if you need it to. Please make this possible in the desktop client as well!
It's a lot easier handling one app window than two.

Have you tried the PWA Client, it will act like the Web Client? For now the Desktop App dialer pops up.

Thanks for the input, I voted right away. I consider the web client but from experience it is no always the best thing using your browser for everything. New browserupdates, new problems ;-)

Speaking of the webclient. I know ho to generate an app like experience from chrome but with our installation it won't be offered.

We run v18 Update 2 build 314. On a other instance it indicates that it would be the exact update to 314 that generates the ne PWA app. Am I missing something?

Log in to the Web Client and the icon to download should appear. Let me know if you have any problems.
