Hi @DTP JOHN system prompts can not be customized on FREE/SMB versions, you can localize the prompts just on dedicated installations as mentioned in this document.

Thanks for the answer! We are actually self hosting our server through our own dedicated machine, is it really not possible to change even if we go straight to the hard drive data and edit the .wav file of the end call message?

Hi if you need to change the audio file for the system prompts you have to create a copy of the prompts used this is explained here.

Once done, edit the IVR and select the custom prompt that you have created, remember to restart the services after that and try it again.
