Enter Back Into Ring Group, When Finished On Phone

To give you a bit of background about our setup, we have 2x ring groups, one had 8 people in, the other has the same eight plus an additional 2x people.

If someone is on the phone when the other phones start ringing, then finish their call. Their phone does not ring until the next ring group starts ringing. I've changed it so the ring groups ring for a shorter amount of time, however it's a bit of a work around.

Basically we just need someone's phone to start ringing again as soon as they finish the call they are on. (If there is a call waiting)

Does anybody have a better solution?

What is happening and why is because if the other phones are already polling when you hang up the system will not poll the phone that hung up until the next cycle and this is why it is missing. You can only allow your phone to accept more than one call in a ring group but it won't start polling when you hang up because the poll has already started and your phone already told the phone system it is busy so it won't be polled for that poll again.

I've read through and that looks like it will start ringing the user's phone even if they are on a call, is that correct?

yes as long as the phone they are using can handle more than 1 call. Otherwise no, but this is the only way to get it to do what you are discussing in your post.
