I had a Snom that I was trying to use at home, I attempted to provision it from the PBX but then decided to use it as an internal extension.
The phone now does not register correctly and will not ring even though the extension is part of a ring group. Is there a way to remove the previous provisioning of the phone so that it will work correctly.
If you look at the UNKNOWN PHONE and the one with the external IP address you can see they both have the same Mac code. The external one needs to be removed but I am not sure how.
