Error - Call is not found - Incoming Calls

We have a hosted solution using just the desktop app (no desktop handset so no SBC), we occasionally keep getting an error on inbound calls, the call rings through, you click to answer it and then get the attached (Error - call is not found), you click Ok and you can still answer it. Logs says answered or not answered depending how quick you are.
Anyone had this before?

Does this occur in a reproducible manner? Does it happen to occur after long pauses in activity?

Yes but i beleive I have found the issue now, our ring time was 10 seconds which was like 3 rings, I beleive this was causing the drop during the "Re-poll" for other extentions, were currently trying 15 and not had the issue again, may have to jump to 20 but just going up in stages. Will test and confirm for sure though.
