Error connecting to Microsoft 365

I can't connect 3CX with Microsoft 365 tenant. The problem occurs both with v18 and after updating with v20.

Checking the log I found this error:

Tenanted MS 365 sync is not available in Single mode​

Has this ever happened to anyone?
