ERROR creating FQDN during post installation setup

I keep getting the following error when trying to create our FQDN and certificates:

ERROR creating FQDN:​

An error occurred on Let's Encrypt servers and your certificate cannot be generated. Press OK, wait for 10-15 minutes and press Next to try to generate your certificate again.
"
No firewall blocking. I've tried numerous times over the past hour and a half. Sometimes it errors out quickly and sometimes it takes a couple of minutes before it errors out. Can someone please look into this?
