Hi,

Today, suddenly outgoing calls stopped working. When I make the call, I am getting the error as below:

Device 9142656081 dialed on ([email protected]) has reached max amount of calls - Call(from "Test Agent2 (Ganesh PC)"<sip:[email protected]>;tag=80ed838944274f9d9b6d6eb2c94dc4ed to 9142656081)

I have verified that, trunk setup is configured to 10 simultaneous calls (same as per 3CX 8 CC). However, none of the calls are going through.

Any pointers to solve this issue?

Assuming nothing changed on your end, have you contacted VOIP.ms? Did you make any changes on your end?

Thanks Matthew. After talking to VOIP.ms, issue is resolved. Thank you.

Small footnote for what it is worth / in case others hit this thread via google / search / etc - and have similar drama with VoipMS specifically.

I know from issues I bumped into last year. There are some config settings 'under the hood' at VoipMS which maybe are not apparent and not exposed in the admin web panel to voip-ms customer. And to resolve these it basically requires you reach out to the voipms support team, ask them nicely about how much call concurrency your SIP DID are ok for / and validate if your config matches your needs in 3cx. They are generally very responsive (~hours to reply to support ticket query) and respond quick when you write to ask "help, here is my problem, etc.. sip trunk concurrency .. context .. detail" - happy resolution. But Def. something that needs a support ticket to get sorted.
