Error: HTTP ERROR 401 when trying to access 3CX PBX

I setup a self hosted pbx as usual on a pc onsite and for some reason when I try to enter the Https adress given my 3CX I get error HTTP ERROR 401 but when I type in the local ip adress it works it's just I get a security warning.

Ity could be tht you are trying to resolve the external IP address of the PBX which is your firewalls IP and the firewall is not allowing this.

You will need to either configure Split DNS on your network, or allow the firewall to perform the hairpin redirection

I don't have a firewall I just have a router.
