Solved Error installing 3cx app on one laptop

Hi, I have an error installing 3cx app on one laptop, the same installer package is working on other laptops

We clicked install c++, is ther any other reason / package that could be missing to cause this or has anyone come across hardware issue

Hi!

Did you try opening the files this error references to check what it says inside?

Also note that this version of the app is End of Development. Can you try the new Desktop App that is available along with V18 installations of 3CX to check if you have the same problem?

It is the latest app from the 3cx site, I tried it on my laptop with the same issue

I checked the .NET and have the latest version installed

This exception seems to have something to do with the Network Interface and specifically the IP and the attempt to provision.

Are there any "strange" settings on the NIC(s) of this PC? Is there also the chance of any VPN interfaces?

Hi, Good call, I have wireguard vpn on the laptop. as soon as I disabled it, it worked, it is strange as I define what address go down this tunnel, must match something in the table
