Error.mp3 when calling voicebox

If I call my Voicebox from Extension- everytime i got this error message from the error.mp3 :cry:

If I call from Extern - connection to mailbox works. i can record message.

Extension i have PAP2. Version v3.0.1699.0

Can you please repeat the situation and then send log-files from your '<3CX PhoneSystem folder>\Data\Logs' directory to me ?
