Error view pdf or screen sharing using 3CX WebMeeting on your mobile device

Hello people,

Some mobile devices are unable to display the shared pdf or shared screen to the user when using 3CX WebMeeting on mobile devices. What can be done?

Hi there Edwilson,

For the moment it's not possible view PDF content on the mobile clients for WebMeeting. When someone tries to share a PDF, you should see an error message telling you it's not supported.

Viewing a screen share should be possible. A new version of the app is being released tomorrow. Please update it then and try again if you have problems with this.
