We have make some Exceptions in Forwardingroules to handle calls time-dependent to other destinations. We set "*" (Star) in the CallerID to catch all calls ... this this is working fine as long the caller sends his number ... when incoming calls with suppress number arrive the Exceptions dont work ... i think the Problem is that 3CX make a caller-ID like this "@Ln10000@A1" ... and so the "*" doesnt catch the @ at the beginning ... has anybody an idea for me? ... Thanks Sascha

Hi,

for that kind of calls provider usually sends Anonymous or anonymous so normally *nonymous will resolve that issue.

You can check with Wireshark is there A/anonymous in "From" field, if no, can your provider put in place that for calls with suppressed caller number?

I don’t know if you are using some gateway in front of 3cx which maybe cuts off A/anonymous.

thanks for replay ... we use beronet ... i cant found a switch to cut off the anonymous ...
