I have tried setting up Office 365 integration, but, even though it can sync new users fine, it never appeared to synchronize contacts or calendars. My goal was never synchronizing users as I'd like to define extensions and DIDs manually. If I chose to select certain users, only one of the users on the system appeared on the list, and I found out that his data did indeed synchronize, yet the other users were not selectable.
I worked around this issue by disabling Office 365 Integration and setting up Exchange Contacts & Calendars using Exchange Online - this worked, but the data would only display on the 3CX softphones, not on desk phones. (Yealink & Snom) When inspecting the phonebook URL from a computer, the entries are not present at all.
How do I get the contacts to appear on the phones? It appears that 3CX is not publishing the data to the phones.
