Exchange contacts to 3CX Phonebooks, sometimes not sync?

I'm using Exchange contacts to 3CX Phonebooks with Exchange Online (not Office 365 integration because I'm connecting with a public folder).
Sync works but sometimes customer tell me that It doesn't, how can I check this? Logs?
