Execution of external functions

Morning guys,

I'm new to 3CX and had a few questions. Is it possible to program around 3CX? What I need and havent been able to find is for a user to be able to dial an extension lets say 100 another user also dials that extension 100 and both users are connected to one another to talk. Is that possible?

Yeah I guess it is I take it that it's possible? Is this avalible on the Free version?
