Hi folks.

I have created a scheduled future-event webinar that is supposed to last the max 1440 minutes (even though it ends after 960 minutes) so that I can use it repeately instead of creating new ones all the time.

Until this morning - 12/31/2020 - it was working fine.
When I rejoined the Webinar and shared my application, it started fine but only lasted 30-50 seconds.
I was then prompted to join again.
Some users were simply going through a login loop.

3CX is up to date, browsers are up to date.
Solution was to recreate a new webinar.

Just FYI.

We are experiencing the same issue.

Our team has a standing web meeting that we join every day to simulate an office settings.

Everything was working until last week. All of a sudden we all get kicked from the meeting after 30-60 seconds.

We are all joining from different networks (home offices) and nothing on our end has changed.

The fix for us was to cancel that existing meeting and just create a new one.

there was no maintenance on our infrastructure which would cause a scheduled logout of all users from certain servers.

You can see the event track here: https://status.3cx.net/

Does the situation remains the same that every 60s you get kicked from the meeting?

Same here.

Some employees reporting being disconnected very soon after the meeting had started.

Observed on Virginia 42.
