Solved Exit - Ignores PUSH disappeared (clarification needed) - SOLVED

Hi there,

First I've read the thread there:

In my case, no profile except "Available" could be used for available without PUSH (all the others directly forward calls without first ringing the phone).
Now the solution is probably in StefanW answer "as you know, you have 2 Available profiles".

My problem is where and how do I configure this second Available profile ?!

I can't find it in my personnal extension (Settings > Call Forwarding > Available), there's only one (and no option to copy or duplicate).
All others are "Away, DND, Lunch, Business Trip"....

Same in the administration of the PBX (Extensions > EXT > Forwarding Rules)... Nothing and no way to add a second "Available".

"Lunch" is the second "Available" profile, the other three are "Away" category.

Hi,

the name can be given freely, in your case it is Lunch. The default name can be set by the admin in the 3CX MC under Settings > General

After this, you can label and name them as you wish.
