export user groups - need to verify all users are included in a 911 group

Hello,

looking for a way to make sure all users are included in their correct 911 group. we have multiple account admin staff who are responsible for adding users and they do not always add new users to a 911 group. hoping to find a solution other than going down the list of extensions and verifying manually.

Have you considered adding the Default Group which contain all the extensions?

Hi there.
That is the only way from the 3CX interface, and the user will need to be added to the group, and only the default group is the where everyone is added once created.

as we have over 100 offices with employees equally distributed throughout those offices, adding to the default group kink of defeats the purpose of having correct addresses for all extensions. seeing as this could create legal problems(and more importantly a delay in emergency assistance), is there any possibility of some type of fix being added?

At the time being, the only way will be as advised above, this is the system functionality and design that you can't change.
