Whenever anyone calls an extension it goes straight to 'X is on the phone' message
the phone is a Cisco 504g , the server is Elastix 2.3 and all the other 19 extensions have the same setup and work fine. Its been doing it for a while. only just realised he doesnt have call forward set.
in the sip debug I see 'returned from dial-one with nothing to call & DIALSTATUS = busy'
then it goes to vm message.
a little later in the debug on the same call is 'WARNING: func_db..c: 120 function_db_read DB requires an argument DB ( family / key)
though I am not sure that is related in anyway as the call has already been passed to vm.
I have tried reseting the phone features remotely and the extension on the PBX. We have tried disabling all the call fowarding and DND but nothing.
I am not at site until next week to try swopping the phone out but I have run out of things to try. any suggestions welcome
edit: still no luck with this I have deleted the extension on Elastix and recreated it. Deleted the Cisco phone settings and recreated them. Checked show sip peer EXT and compared it.
