Extended SIP Trunk settings missing from V20

Hi, i utilize Nextiva for one of my SIP Trunks. On V18, there were many customizable settings for the SIP Trunk. I found that many of these settings would need to be adjusted in order for Nextiva to behave with 3CX. In V20, i am missing some settings and it is impacting my call forward to mobile capability. Nextiva returns a forbidden 403.

An example of some customizable settings that are no longer available (as far as i can see) are things like From : Host Port - GWHostPort via Outbound Parameters.

Is there a way to add these back?

PS, i know that Nextiva is not a supported provider. I do plan on switching. In the meantime i would like to get things working.

Kind of, one must export the trunk, change settings, and import again.

Just a FYI if you use 3CX Hosted and are on the latest update for v20 you can no longer import a provider template for whatever reason, it was there previously but they removed it.
