extension can't call 2 other extensions when all others can

I was thinking this might be the other 2 just blocking the other ext. but I'd see where I can tell if that would be the case. Other than that I'm lost and have no idea what it might be. Anyone have a clue what or where to look?

On the phone.. what is the model? You need to give us more info.

Provide these please:

• 3CX Version, e.g. Standard Annual 16.0.2.910
• Server OS, e.g. Debian 9 / Windows Server 2012 R2 / Raspberry Pi
• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where?
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware
• Provisioning Method: Local / VPN / STUN / SBC
• Trunk Provider or Gateway Make/Model
• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES / NO
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: YES / NO

3cx = standard 16.x
Server = Debian 9
3cx server on site
IP Phone = Yealink 42's with latest firmware
Firewall Checker = passed
Custom Temp = No

Go to Menu->Directory->Blacklist on the phone and check if there are any numbers in the list.

no blacklist under the directory on these 2 phones. Sorry these 2 phones are the wireless W56H phones that she cant call, they go directly to VM

yes, all other 20 plus ext can call just fine, it's a weird problem...
