Extension logon with only SIP ID, auth ID unsupported

I have a few SIP2SIM devices. They are mobile phone SIMs where the provider logs on via SIP to a PBX - but the provider only supports SIPID and password, not SIP ID, auth ID and password.

Is there any configuration change I can make which will allow an extension to logon with it's SIP ID and password only?

OK - don't worry! I had tried the authorisation ID on 3cx as being the extension number (which obviously shows the red triangle) without success but then realised the extension had "Disallow use of extension outside the LAN" set. A little annoying to have the red warning by the extension but not much I can do about it I guess...
