Extension unregistered

I have 3 extensions on new system. Each extension has same configuration, LAN and phone.
One of the extensions is unregistering every couple of minutes.

ExtnCfg::updateContact [CM504002]: Ext.1002: a contact is unregistered. Contact(s): []

And then after 10-15 minutes re-registering again

ExtnCfg::updateContact [CM504001]: Ext.1002: new contact is registered. Contact(s): [sip:[email protected]:5060;transport=udp/1002]


Any ideas how to fix it??
