Extensions showing Not Registered

I've just installed a service pack and after it finished and restarted the services I've noticed that the extensions are showing as Not Registered, is this normal or do I need to do something to register them? I don't know if they were already showing as not registered before the update and whether this is normal when the phones are not is use or has something been broken by installing the service pack?

Ignore that, I guess it just takes a few minutes to register. In the time it took me to do a bit of googling and then post on here I've gone back to the server and the phones are now showing registered.
