Hi All,
When our users place external calls, they get the normal 3CX ringing tone (as if you were calling an internal extension) but also the normal British Telecom ringing tone in the background. Is there any way to disable either of these tones so we only have one tone sounding?
We are using 3CX v12 with a Patton SmartNode 4638 over BT ISDN BRI lines, if it matters.
