External extension - call problem.

Hi
I'm just trying to finish off my external extensions but i've ran into a problem im hoping you could help me with if thats ok.
At the moment, i've manage to connect the external client to the 3CX server, on the client side, the list of extension do not come up and every time i try to make a call, i get this problem below:
Any idea what is causing this?

I've tried loads of softphones, all the same problems.

it also seems if i change my password the 3cx server does not pick up the change.
Is anyone else having a problem with external extensions?

The most problem you force for outside ext. is the ports
the best way to set the router is fwd the port then use dmz
you have to use stun server
and the best way you install a server in both sites
and make regisration for ext lines in first server as a line in the second server
 
Both the 3CX server is DMZ and the 3CX client trying to connect is in the DMZ - so i cant see the conflict.
The port forwarding i've got open when i pull things out of the DMZ are: TCP = 5090, 5060, 5065, 9000-9015, 35914 ; UDP = 9000-9015, 5004, 7000-7499, 58110, 10000

Im using a dir-655 router on the server side and dir -615 for the client - this is emulator : http://www.support.dlink.com/emulators/dir655/login.html

At the moment i've only got the free version to bridging to servers would be easier but not an option for now, until i can prove that the system will work for everything i need.

So back to the problem, as you can see in the log the authorisation is failing, but the password is right.

you can install a free version in each site and config the line in the second server to connect the extention number in the first server (as you register in any sip provider)
then make your dial plans to route the calls as your need
notice : I did this way with main server 3cx and the branch server was other ip pbx
but i think if booth are 3cx it will work fine
i'll try to test it for you

Ok i've setup two servers, but how would i link the extensions togethere?
I.e. Calling from remote office to main office, and the other way.

The servers have connected to each other.

FIXED

Ok i seem to have it all working now!
I down graded the server version (now just install the downloaded free/licensed software - DO NOT UPDATE.

Make sure you have your 3CX main server working and set the following:

Under general settings - 'settings for SIP calls' - tick box on, local domain (your public ip address)

The external extension - PBX delivier audio (ticked off)

On the remote side, test with the softphone client:
the logon details as follows:

IP or FQDN : your public ip address

Use the 3CX phone settings (not the SIP settings)
Extension number: same as above you wish to connect
password: for the ext above

Don't use the tunnel, dont use the stun server setting - so leave the boxes unticked.

And it should work. The only thing which doesnt work is the internal extension numbers list
